Yachting became the turning point that transformed my life.

I left Venezuela at just 18 with big dreams, fierce ambition and the determination to build an international life. Years later, I found yachting. I entered the industry completely green, learned it from the ground up and worked my way forward aboard both private and charter yachts.

Yachting allowed me to travel the world, increase my earning potential, support my family, build financial independence and invest in the future I wanted. It became a powerful chapter in a life shaped by freedom, growth and possibility—and now I help others approach the industry with that same bigger picture in mind.

Do I need previous yacht experience?

No. The mentorship is designed for newcomers. We will look at your transferable skills and identify the most strategic route for your background.

Is a yacht job guaranteed?

No ethical mentor can guarantee employment. I help you avoid expensive mistakes, prepare professionally and become a more competitive, confident candidate.

Is yachting easy?

No. The hours can be long and the standards are high. The discovery process helps us decide honestly whether the reality of yacht life fits your goals.

Which yacht department is right for me?

Interior, deck, galley and engineering require different strengths and qualifications. We assess your experience, personality and goals before choosing a path.
